From the front door there is a well equipped galley kitchen leading to a sitting/dining room with comfortable sofas and TV.  Leading to the double bedroom.  Upstairs is a twin room with zip & link beds to make a double and the family bathroom with shower over bath, WC and basin.

Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher.  TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot on request. Off road parking. Courtyard with furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles.

In the stable block is a drying room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and dog, boot washing area! The garden affords you access to the adjacent 7 acres of woodland. Note: There is a stream nearby and children and animals must be supervised.
